Pine Chemicals & Turpentine Derivatives
Beta Pinene 95%
95% minimum assay
Description
Beta Pinene is the second major pinene isomer in turpentine, distinguished from alpha pinene by a fresher, greener odour and by a different set of downstream reactions. Our 95% grade is produced by fractional distillation for buyers who need the beta isomer specifically.
It is the principal route to a family of aroma chemicals, and is also used directly in fragrance where a clean green pine note is wanted.
