Gum Rosin & Ester Gum
Ester Gum
Industry grade
Description
Ester Gum is the industrial counterpart of our food grade glycerol ester, produced for applications where technical performance rather than food contact compliance is the requirement. It offers the same benefits over raw rosin: higher softening point, better colour retention and a much lower acid value.
It is taken principally by the adhesive, ink and coating industries, where compatibility with a wide range of polymers makes it a dependable general purpose resin.
